Before participating in the "Prediction Market", carefully read the rules and agreement of the "MYCOIN-PM" service ". This user agreement is concluded between the service user and the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
1. Definition of terms
- 1.1. The "MYCOIN-PM" service is a domain name.
- 1.2. "Prediction Market" is a platform for placing "bets" in one or more directions on certain "events" under the terms of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.3. The user is a participant of the "Prediction Market" who places "bets" in one or more directions on certain "events" under the terms of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.4. "Bet" - the amount of money or its part belonging to the user for making a choice in one or more directions for certain "events" under the terms of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.5. The "Prediction Market" raffle is an action aimed at accepting "bets" with subsequent determination of the winner according to the terms of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.6. "Fund" - the amount of money or its part, which is directly owned by the user.
- 1.7. "Third parties" - any person who is not a user and who owns an "account".
- 1.8. "Account" is the user's personal account, which was provided to him by the "MYCOIN-PM" service through registration, using the messengers offered by the "MYCOIN-PM" service and passing two-factor authentication.
- 1.9. "KYC - User" - the procedure for identifying the user by providing the documents provided by the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.10. "Expiration" is the result of an "event", directly related to this event in time.
- 1.11. "Calculation and payment of winnings" - the time required by the "MYCOIN-PM" service to process the results and pay the user the "winnings".
- 1.12. "Win" - the user's reward according to his "rate" and "coefficient".
- 1.13. "Coefficient" is a number obtained by processing the logic of "bets" according to the terms of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.14. "Reward" of the "MYCOIN-PM" service is the profit of the "MYCOIN-PM" service, consisting of a percentage of the user's net "winnings" determined by the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.15. "Winning pool" is the sum of all "bets" in all directions, which is formed in full after the end of the period of acceptance of "bets".
- 1.16. "History" - all "events" in which the user participated, as well as replenishment and withdrawal of "funds" in accordance with the capabilities of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.17. "Official authority or service" - the source to which the "MYCOIN-PM" service refers at the time of "expiration" of the result of the "event". It is the only source of the "event".
- 1.18. "Service currency" is the only monetary unit used for all financial transactions in the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.19. "Payment system" is a "third party" on a contractual basis, performing the function of replenishment, withdrawal of "funds", as well as their conversion. It is an independent organization and is not directly related to the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.20. "Chat for user communication" - a chat in one of the messengers available in the "MYCOIN-PM" service, chosen by the user to communicate with other users. It is subject to moderation by the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 1.21. "Event" is one of the options available on the "MYCOIN-PM" service for making a "bet".
- 1.22. "Direction of the event" is a "yes" or "no" option, on which the user can place a "bet", based on his own logic and vision of what is happening.
2. User Agreement
- 2.1. By registering and participating in the "Prediction Market" sweepstakes, you confirm that you agree to all its terms and conditions, as well as assume all risks in case of its improper use in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, your country and international norms.
- 2.3. You also assume all risks associated with access by "third parties" (including unauthorized ones) to the messengers used when registering in our "service", as well as for two-factor authentication. 2.4. You confirm that you have reached the age of majority (according to the law of your country), but at least 18 years of age. You also confirm that you are not a citizen of the countries, and you are not located on their territory, included in the list of countries that are under the sanctions of Ukraine and the European Union (otherwise, your "funds" and the "KYC" procedure will be blocked).< /li>
- 2.5. You confirm that you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation and do not support the actions of the AGGRESSOR COUNTRY. Otherwise, your funds and the "KYC" procedure (with identity verification) may be blocked. The "MYCOIN-PM" service does not create a "KYC - user", but may require confirmation of your personal data, if this is required by the legislation of Ukraine or the country of which you are a citizen.
- 2.6. Once a bet has been placed on the prediction market, it cannot be cancelled. However, you will be able to place a bet in the other direction, in the desired amount, during the period of acceptance of bets on the same event. There is an option that does not depend on the "MYCOIN-PM" service, in which the event can be canceled (you can read the reasons in the "Cancelled events" section). In this case, all funds will be returned to your account.
2.7. The drawing of each individual event is divided into several parts:
А The beginning of accepting bets - the end of accepting bets
B The period of time until the "expiration" and directly the time itself "expiration"
B Time from "expiration" to the final "calculation and payment of winnings"- 2.8. The "MYCOIN-PM" service is an intermediary and arbitrator in accepting bets between users. The "MYCOIN-PM" service collects its reward directly from the winnings of the participant, without additional commissions.
- 2.9. The "MYCOIN-PM" service uses the best official sources to check the outcome of events (including crypto exchanges, if they are events related to cryptocurrencies). The list of sources is given in the section "Official bodies or services". You have the right to request verification of the results by contacting the support service of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
- 2.10. You are obliged to notify the "MYCOIN-PM" service if you discover any irregularities in the operation of the service. If such violations are discovered, you may not use them for profit. The "MYCOIN-PM" service has the right to block the account in which a violation was detected.
3. Rules for using the chat for user communication
- 3.1. Chat for user communication provides an opportunity to communicate with other participants of the prediction market, discuss events, share opinions and ask questions.
- 3.2. It is forbidden to insult other chat participants, use profanity, promote violence, incite enmity, as well as distribute any advertising without the permission of the "MYCOIN-PM" service administration.
- 3.3. Violation of chat rules may lead to temporary or permanent blocking of the user's account.
- 3.4. The administration of the "MYCOIN-PM" service reserves the right to delete messages that violate the chat rules and to take measures against users who violate these rules.
4. Other provisions
- 4.1. The "MYCOIN-PM" service reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time, notifying users about it through available communication channels.
- 4.2. By continuing to use the service after making changes to the agreement, you confirm your agreement with these changes.
- 4.3. In the event of disputed situations that were not provided for in this agreement, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve the disputed situation through negotiations, it is subject to consideration in the appropriate court at the location of the "MYCOIN-PM" service.
5. Liability of the parties
- 5.1. The "MYCOIN-PM" service is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect or dishonest use of the service by the user.
- 5.2. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for the preservation of his credentials.
- 5.3. In case of violations of the terms of this agreement by the user, the "MYCOIN-PM" service has the right to take appropriate measures, including blocking the account and canceling "bets".
